The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 504, 323 and 386/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of executing an agreement for sale and no judicial stamp for sale of three kathas of land in question and the petitioner's husband received Rs.12,66,000 as consideration amount on 15.12.2018 and further that the petitioner and her husband arrived at informant's house and they abused and assaulted the informant and also demanded Rs.5,00,000/- from the informant as Rangdari.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He

No.38555 of 2021(2) dt.21-03-2022 2/2 further submits that petitioner's husband, namely, Rajdeo Rai also filed a complaint case bearing no. 1306C of 2019 against the informant. He further submits that it is a case of purely civil dispute between the parties. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Danapur, Patna in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 241 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
