JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 09-10-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent nos. 2 to 4 to restore the electric line to the petitioner's house; and for connected reliefs.

2. As none appeared on behalf of the petitioner, the matter was passed over for a few cases. However on repeat call, the petitioner was again not represented.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent- Power Company invites reference to paragraph- 5 and 6 of the counter affidavit wherein

Patna High Court CWJC No.6246 of 2015 dt.09-10-2018 it has been stated that the petitioner was allowed instalments for making the requisite deposit. Upon deposit of the first instalment of Rs. 14,004/- along with current month's consumption for Rs. 1,538/-, the electric line was restored on 20.04.2015.

4. Having regard to the statement made in the counter affidavit to the effect that the electric line of the petitioner was restored on 20.04.2015, the writ petition stands disposed of. (Vikash Jain, J) Md. Ibrarul/- AFR/NAFR NAFR CAV DATE N.A.
