The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 175 of 2015 registered for offences under sections 498A, 323, 324, 341, 406 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
On the prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the complainant-opposite party No. 2, the matter was referred to Patna High Court Mediation Centre, Patna where the dispute was settled in between the parties according to the terms and conditions as attached with the report dated 06/06/2017 of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52650 of 2016 (5) dt.19-06-2017 2/2 Mediator, Patna High Court Mediation Centre, Patna. In view of the submission above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A. Pandey, Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Siwan/Successor Court in connection with Complaint Case No. 175 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr. P.C.
