2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following relief:
"That this is an application for quashing the First Information Report bearing Bhabhua P.S. Case No. 338/14 registered for alleged offence U/Ss. 406, 420, 120(B) of the I.P.C. and also all the further proceeding of the case pending for investigation in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhabhua, Kaimur as the said F.I.R. has been lodged at the behest of the authorities of the Rural works Department, Government of Bihar due to extraneous consideration and with malafide intention as no criminal offence as alleged in the F.I.R. is made out but the said case has been lodged against the petitioner and others to harass and humiliate the petitioner despite the fact that only running payment has been

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the application be disposed off as the police has not found anything against the petitioner during investigation.
4. In view thereof, the application stands disposed off in light of the aforementioned submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, with liberty to pursue the matter in accordance with law.
