The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Rahika P.S.Case No. 47 of 2016 registered under Sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the gravity of offence in which name of the petitioner transpired in course of investigation and that the petitioner is accused in at list two other cases of identical nature, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.
