2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Allouli P.S. Case No. 43 of 2026 for the offence under sections 103(1) and 3(5) of the BNS lodged on 30.01.2026 by the informant, Dharmendra Kumar.

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the informant who has appeared suo moto provided the order sheet of learned CJM, Khagaria to show that in the Allouli P.S. Case No. 43 of 2026, processes have already been issued against the petitioner.

4. Considering the aforesaid fact, it would be appropriate that the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail.

5. The anticipatory bail application stands rejected.

6. If, however, the petitioner surrenders within four weeks, the concerned Court shall take up the matter and dispose it of preferably on the same day.
