The present petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- "(i) For issuance of writ/writs directing the concerned respondent No.2 for the payment of deducted amounts of enforced absence allowance from the headquarter, Patna rendered professional work before the Sessions Court at Bhagalpur on behalf of the State from the bills in a cases arises from communal violence 1989 for the amount contained in Annexure-11 of supplementary fee bill submitted dated 06.04.2023, whereas,

Patna High Court CWJC No.6735 of 2023(2) dt.01-08-2023 2/2 the respondents already in past was agreed and performed to have been paid the said deducted amounts under the memo of understanding between the parties after approval and occurrence from the Finance Department contained in Annexures-3 and 4 of this petition continuously for last fourteen years. It is further prayed for the payment of pending current fee bill for the year 2022 submitted dated 03.04.2023 for Rs.3,33,915/- only including enforced absence allowance in question claimed by the petitioner."

After some arguments, the petitioner (in person) seeks liberty to approach the respondent- authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievance. Liberty so sought, is granted.
