2. The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to release the food grains to the petitioner which has been seized from the rice mill and its godown of the petitioner situated at Gorhwa & Patkhaulia, District East Champaran, after removing the seal; and for connected reliefs.

3. It appears that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 16.10.2012, the goods in question have since been released to the petitioner and no further proceeding is pending against the petitioner pursuant to the raid conducted on 21.09.2012 at the mill and godown premises of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner accepts that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and the writ petition has therefore become infructuous.

5. The writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. The

Patna High Court CWJC No.18433 of 2012 dt.28-09-2016 2/2 petitioner shall be at liberty to represent before the appropriate authority for discharge of the bond furnished for the purpose of release of the goods in question.
