2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for alleged willful noncompliance of the order of this Court dated 11.08.2015 passed in CWJC No. 11690 of 2015.

3. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the opposite parties have acted in deliberate violation of the order of this Court inasmuch as the fresh notice under Section 7 of the Bihar and Orissa

Patna High Court MJC No.1697 of 2016 dt.10-08-2016 Public Demands Recovery Act, 1914 has not been accompanied with a copy of the certificate.

4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, this Court is not satisfied that any case of willful disobedience of the order of this Court is made out against the opposite parties. The contempt petition accordingly stands dismissed.
