2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 504, 506, 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per FIR, specific allegation of causing firearm injury to the deceased is against co-accused Kaushlendra Yadav. Petitioners are only alleged to be member of mob and as conspirators. No specific overt act is alleged against these petitioners.

4. Learned counsel for the State and the informant opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Darbhanga, in connection with Manigachi P.S. Case No.74 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
