1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State along with learned counsel for the O.P. No. 2.
2. The learned counsel for the O.P. No. 2, at the outset, submits that he has instructions to make submission that O.P. No. 2 shall have no objection in the event if the present quashing application is allowed and the order impugned is quashed. It is further submitted that the O.P. No. 2 has received an amount of Rs. 6,71,000/-.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that he has already paid an amount of Rs. 6,71,000/- which the O.P. No. 2 accepted without any objection.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the O.P. No. 2, the order dated 02.01.2015 passed by Pankaj Chauhan, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur in Complaint Case No. 683C of 2014 whereby cognizance of offence under Sections 406 and 120B of the IPC has been taken, is hereby quashed.
5. Accordingly, the present quashing application stands allowed.
