Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bheldi P.S. Case No. 179 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation against this petitioner is that he got appointment to the post of Panchayat Teacher on the basis of forged TET examination certificate.

It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner has submitted original

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29298 of 2020(2) dt.09-12-2020 2/2 documents and after proper verification, he got the appointment to the post of Panchayat Teahcer. Similarly situated co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail by a differenct Bench of this court vide Annexure-5 series. Petitioner has got clean antecedent, as stated in para 3 of the petition. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No. 179 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
