Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29959 of 2022(2) dt.29-09-2022 2/3 for the offence punishable under Sections 307/506 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substance Act.

Prosecution's case in short is that all the FIR named accused persons including these petitioners assaulted the informant and petitioner no.3 exploded bomb causing injuries to the informant side.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Present case is counter blast of Lodipur Police Station Case No. 190 of 2019 lodged against the informant side. There is general and omnibus allegation of assault against all the accused persons and no specific overt act has been alleged against the petitioners. No injury report is on the record. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioners, in the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in Lodipur Police Station Case No. 189 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under
