Counsel for the petitioners submits that the case of the petitioners is covered by the decision of this Court dated 6.7.2012 in CWJC No. 11428 of 2012, annexure-13 to the writ

Patna High Court CWJC No.17308 of 2015(2) dt.03-12-2018 2/2 petition.

Without going into the merit of the claim of the petitioners, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Director, Secondary Education, Education Department, Bihar, Patna to consider the claim of the petitioners in the light of the decision of this Court dated 6.7.2012 in CWJC No. 11428 of 2012 and if the case of the petitioners is identical to the petitioners of that case, he is required to pass fresh order in the light of the order of this Court contained in Annexure-13 and the letter annexure-1 shall not come in the way of the respondents in taking fresh decision.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
