This is 2nd attempt for grant of bail on behalf of petitioner. Earlier, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 25-11-2019 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 53843 of 2019 (Annexure - 1 to the bail petition).

On the last occasion, vide order dated 27-11-2020, a report was called for from the learned trial court regarding stage of the trial, which has been received and kept at flag 'R' and from perusal of the same, it appears that three prosecution witnesses have already been examined in this case and rest three witnesses are to be examined.

In that view of the matter, the bail application of petitioner is again rejected with an observation that learned trial
