JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-08-2018 Although, this Court finds from the order of this Court dated 13.12.2011 passed in CWJC No. 6108 of 2011 that no positive mandamus has been issued against any of the parties, hence the present petition is not maintainable. Nonetheless, the opposite parties have submitted in their show cause that on 26.3.2017, in presence of villagers and the petitioner herein, demarcation has been made and pillar has been fixed, hence no dispute remains.

In view of the aforesaid, the present petition is dismissed.
