JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 13-02-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and the learned counsel for the University are present. The present contempt application has been filed for noncompliance of the order dated 03.08.2010 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 12360 of 2010 whereunder the aforesaid writ application was disposed of with a direction that in case such a representation is

filed stating the details of her unpaid claims as also enclosing the copy of the relevant documents, if any, in support of such claims along with the certified copy of the present order within a period of four weeks, the grievances of the petitioner as raised in her representation be considered in accordance with law expeditiously, preferable within a period of four months on receipt of such representation, so that the grievances of the petitioner may be settled and the admitted dues, if any, found payable may also be paid with interest permissible under the rules. However, upon consideration, if any of the claims or part of the claims is not being paid, the same may be informed to the petitioner with the reasons thereof.

Learned counsel for the L.N.M. University, Darbhanga submits that in compliance of the order under contempt, the representation of the petitioner has been disposed of on 15.09.2014 by the Registrar, L.N.M. University, Darbhanga (opposite party no. 5).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while the representation of the petitioner has been disposed of by the opposite party no.5 but Group Insurance and Earn Leave have not been calculated properly.

Since the order, under contempt, has already been

complied with by the opposite party no. 5, therefore, no action is required. If the petitioner feels any grievance, he may take recourse in accordance with law before the appropriate forum. Accordingly, this contempt application is disposed of.
