JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 01-09-2022 This writ application has been filed for the following reliefs:- "(i) For directing the respondents for appropriate action in the matter pursuant to the First Information Report lodged by the petitioner, vide Benipatti P.S. Case No.145 of 2020 and Benipatti P.S. Case No.146 of 2020 both dated 22.06.2020 and representation dated 26.06.2020 given to the Learned Collector, Madhubani and Superintendent of Police, Madhubani respectively take necessary action for redressal of the grievances of the petitioner. (ii) Also for directing the respondent for provide

Taking note of the kind of the prayers made on behalf of the petitioners, this Court directs the petitioners to submit a fresh representation to the Superintendent of Police, Madhubani who will look into the matter, examine the information brought to his notice and shall conclude the investigation to its logical end within a period of four months from the date of communication of this order. If the petitioners submit any credible information indicating danger to their life, the same shall also be looked into and the threat perception shall be examined to take an appropriate view of the matter.
