No.14482 of 2007 which stood dismissed for want of prosecution.

On being satisfied with the reasons mentioned in this application the same is allowed and C.W.J.C. No.14482 of 2007 is restored to its original file and number subject to the condition that a cost of Rs.1,000/- (One Thousand Rupees) will be deposited by the petitioner in the coffer of Bihar State Legal Service Authority, Patna within two weeks from today.
