The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366A, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8 / 12 of POCSO Act. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that the victim girl, in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., has categorically stated that Ajay Khesari and his mama (maternal uncle) have kidnapped her. The victim has not named this petitioner, as one of the accused. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
