2. This application has been filed for issuance of appropriate writ/writs by commanding the Respondents to regularize the services of petitioners with all consequential benefit, in light of several persons being regularized (Annexure-
Patna High Court CWJC No.7715 of 2024(2) dt.24-06-2024 2/3 P7 Series) by leaving aside the case of petitioners without any rhyme and reasons requires interference by this Hon'ble Court alternatively direction may be made to act upon equal pay for equal work in light of letter dated 25.07.2022 and 22.02.2023 (Annexure- P8 and 8/1).
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the case of these petitioners are squarely covered by the order passed by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 3631 of 2023 and also in C.W.J.C. No. 1896 of 2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the State of Bihar has a litigation policy known as Bihar State Litigation Policy, 2011 and as per Rule 4(c)(1) of the said policy, if the claim of the petitioners are covered by any decision of this Court then such claims are required to be considered at the Department level itself without compelling the claimants to litigate the matter in the Court.

It is further submitted that following the aforesaid view, this Court has disposed of CWJC No. 3631 of 2023 with a direction to the Vice-Chancellor of the University to consider the representation of the petitioners keeping in view the judgments of this Court and take an appropriate decision within a period of three months from the date of
Patna High Court CWJC No.7715 of 2024(2) dt.24-06-2024 3/3 receipt/production of a copy of this order.
6. It is further submitted that the petitioners are looking for a similar consideration of their representations as well which are contained in Annexure P9 to the writ application.
7. Having regard to the aforementioned submissions, I deem if fit to dispose of the present writ application with a direction to the Vice-Chancellor, B.R.A. Bihar University, Muzaffarpur (respondent no.4) to consider the representations of the petitioners as contained in Annexure P9 and take an appropriate decision thereon within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
8. Accordingly, this writ application stands disposed of.
