The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Goraul (Kathara O.P.) P.S. Case No.178 of 2016 registered under Sections 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner and the opposite party no.2 submit that they are living together happily and at present, there is no dispute in between them.
