The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Vibhutipur Police Station Case No. 105 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25 (1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.

After some arguments, when this Court was not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to renew the prayer for regular bail afresh after three months from today.

Permission is granted.
