After some arguments the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case may be disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 6, i.e., Collector cum Returning Officer, Patna Sahib and Patliputra Parliamentary Constituency, Patna to consider the grievance of the petitioner and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of production of copy of this order. 3.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
