The main grievance of the petitioner is for issuance of a direction to the respondents to lodge FIR in pursuance of written complaint dated 18.03.2016 at Annexure-4.

A show cause has been filed on behalf of respondent no. 4 and 5 stating therein that in fact copy of Annexure-4 was never received by the police in past, hence, no FIR was lodged as soon as they came to know about Annexure-4, on perusal of last order of this

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.412 of 2016 dt.28-03-2017 2/2 Court, they have instituted Kinjer Police Station Case No. 35 of 2017 for offences under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code against the private-respondents and have stared the investigation.
