The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. For declaring the office order vide Memo No. 2862 dated 04.11.2011 as contained in Annexure-2 with respect to manner in which criteria has been fixed for selection of Sevika (Anganwari Sevika) Sahayika under Social Welfare Department is ultra vires, invalid and void.
II. For quashing the office order vide Memo No.2862 dated 04.11.2011 as contained in Annexure-2 issued under the signature of Secretary,
Patna High Court CWJC No.21056 of 2014(3) dt.10-08-2023 2/3 Social Welfare Department by which guidelines had been issued with respect to appointment on the post of Anganwari Sevika/Sahayika only giving preference to those whose caste population is highly populated (Bahulya)will be given 1st preference and at the time of selection weightage of 7 marks to the widow/divorcee, 7 marks to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes marks to Sahayika 5 marks to handicapped and 5 and also condition put forth selection of Sahayika is reserved for Scheduled castes and Scheduled Tribes.
III. And also for quashing the letter no.387 dated 11.11.2014 as contained in Annexure-3 issued under the signature of Child Development Project Officer, Paraiya, Gaya by which programme for selection of Anganwari Sevika in Ward No. 13 Gram Panchayat Manjhiyama to the post of Anganwari Sevika/Sahayika center Ramdih Ward No.10, Panchayat Manjhiyama, Center Bandhu Bigha under Gram Pacnhayat Ajmatganj
Patna High Court CWJC No.21056 of 2014(3) dt.10-08-2023 3/3 to the post of Sahayika has been notified for holding Aam Sabha on 26.11.2014, 28.11.2014 and 29.11.2014 respectively.
IV. And also for directing the respondents to not give an effect of letter no. 387 dated 11.11.2014 in selection of Anganwari Sevika/Sahayika as contained in Annexure-2.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with the efflux of time, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous, however, in case the petitioner is still affected by the new guidelines either that be of the year 2016 or 2019, or the guidelines issued thereafter, she be granted liberty to agitate her grievances, in accordance with law. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
