Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that respondents themselves have issued resolution on 5th March 2018 with regard to recognition of service and payment of arrears to the employee of project school. But unfortunately even after expiry of period the respondents have not acted upon their own resolution dated 5th March 2018. Considering the aforesaid the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Director Secondary Education to see that the resolution of the government dated 5th March 2018 with regard to recognition of service and payment of arrears to the employee of project school may be taken to its logical end at the

Patna High Court CWJC No.8016 of 2015(2) dt.04-12-2018 2/2 earliest, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the order. It is made clear that if the petitioner has superannuated during the pendency of the writ application and the policy decision contained in resolution no. 39P of 2018 dated 5th March 2018, the respondents shall ensure payment of arrears to the employee who had already retired. The respondents have to take care of their resolution in the matter of payment of arrears to this petitioner.
