2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that subsequent to the filing of the present case, the petitioner of Cr. Misc. No. 47957 of 2014, who is the husband of the opposite party no. 2, has also been granted divorce, though ex-parte, on 9th January, 2017.

3. It was submitted that in view of the aforesaid, the present applications be disposed off with liberty to the petitioners to place such fact before the Court below which may then proceed with the matter, in accordance with law.

4. Having regard to the aforesaid, the applications stand disposed off with liberty aforesaid.
