====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-11-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned State counsel and learned counsel for the respondent/LNMU.

2. This writ petition has been filed for following reliefs:- "(i) For directing the respondents to hold an enquiry against respondent no. 7 as to whether he is having minimum requisite qualification for holding the post of Principle of the Law College or not.

(ii) For directing the respondent no. 6 to take immediate step for disposal of the representation dated 14.07.2022.

Patna High Court CWJC No.7424 of 2023(2) dt.20-11-2024 2/2 (iii) For directing the respondent no. 7 to deposit the embezzled amount to the tune of Rs. 6,28,250/-(six lacs twenty eight thousand two hundred fifty only) forthwith in the light of undertaking given by him in the meeting dated 05.09.2014."

3. In view of nature of grievance, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation before the competent authority within a period of six weeks from today.

4. If such application is filed within stipulated time, the competent authority /concerned respondent shall examine the same and pass appropriate order after hearing the parties in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of filing of such representation.

5. With above observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
