JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-05-2023 The present petition has been filed for restoration of a writ petition bearing CWJC No. 19431 of 2021, which has stood dismissed for want of prosecution by an order dated 06.12.2022.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that on account of inadvertence, the case could not be attended when the same was called out for hearing, however, the same act would not be repeated again.

Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as also considering the averments made in the present petition, I deem it fit and proper to restore the aforesaid writ petition bearing CWJC No. 19431 of 2021 to

Patna High Court MJC No.1264 of 2023(2) dt.17-05-2023 2/2 its original file.
