1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to the opposite party no.2 by the Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 01.02.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.42088 of 2021.
3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial in connection with Kundwa Chainpur P.S. Case No.43 of 2021.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
