The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 447, 307, 385, 387, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Allegedly, it is a case of shot fire by co-accused Amit Kumar and Arvind Singh upon the brother of the informant, namely, Surjeet Singh who sustained injuries. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that no specific allegation of shot fire is against the petitioner and specific allegation of shot fire is against coaccused Amit Kumar and Arvind Singh and there is no specific
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31037 of 2022(2) dt.16-11-2022 2/2 overt-act against this petitioner. Petitioner has clean antecedent. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Siwan in connection with Basantpur P.S.
