JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 26-07-2018 The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 67 of 2015, registered for offences punishable under Sections 379, 420, 406, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/6/10A of the Immoral Traffic Act.

Allegation against the petitioners is that they sold the daughter of the informant and sold her for money. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners is that allegation is against one Dharmendra Kumar and other accused persons and the petitioners are the relatives of the informant has nothing to do with the allegation and has falsely been made accused in this case.

Heard learned A.P.P. also who opposed the bail

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, I am not inclined to grant to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners rather they should surrender and pray for regular bail which would be considered on its own merit.
