2. This application has been filed for modification of order dated 09.09.2020 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 81475 of 2019, by which anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner.

3. Considering the submission advanced on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the plea taken in
