2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Barharia P.S. Case No. 497 of 2024 for the offence under sections 109 and 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act lodged on 11.10.2024 by the informant, Avnish Kumar.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that while standing at Barharia Tinbheriya crossing, the accused persons came on a motorcycle and after some hot discussion, this petitioner opened fire causing injury on his left thigh, they later escaped. He was brought to Barharia Government Hospital. This led to the FIR.
