1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following relief(s):- "(a) For quashing the order dated 18.2.14 vide letter no. 291 issued under the signature of District Programme officer, Muzaffarpur whereby the claim of petitioner for payment of dues salary of Rs. 26,300/- has been rejected in an arbitrary manner.

(b) For a direction to the respondents for payment of dues salary of Rs. 26,300/- to the petitioner for the period of 6.8.10 to 5.8. 2011 who worked on the post of Talini Markaz (Shiksha swaim Sewak) in Gram Panchayat Bhadai, Block Aurai, District- Muzaffarpur. (c) Any other order/ direction for which the petitioner

3. After some argument, having heard the observation of this Court, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application to pursue the alternate remedies which may be available to him in accordance with law.
