The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Narkatiyaganj R.P.F. Post Case No. 03 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section 3 of R.P. (U.P.) Act.
It has been submitted that name of this petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Shambhu Sah. As per written report nine bags of sugar were recovered from house of accused Shambhu Sah. He disclosed before the police the name of this petitioner. In the circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail is allowed.
In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioner, named above, within six weeks from today in connection with
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4423 of 2017 (2) dt.14-02-2017 2/2 Narkatiyaganj R.P.F. Post Case No. 03 of 2016, he shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
