The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Piprakothi P.S. Case No.19 of 2018 registered under Sections 420 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the allegation of defalcation of amount of money to be distributed amongst the students of the school as stipend by the petitioner, Incharge Principal of Utkramit Madhya Vidyalay, Mathurapur, Block Kotwa, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.

In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36287 of 2018 (2) dt.05-07-2018 2/2 shall be considered on its own merits without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
