This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 36 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 354, 354-A of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is said to have tried to commit rape upon the victim.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Pawan/- U T
