====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 16-11-2022 Heard learned senior counsel for the petitioner, Shri N.K. Agarwal and learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20(b)(ii) (c) and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned senior counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application.

Permission is accorded.

In the event, if any regular bail application is filed before the learned Trial Court, the learned Trial Court without being prejudice by the fact that the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was withdrawn shall consider the case on its own merit.
