1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.i. For issuance of appropriate order/orders, direction/directions specially in nature of Mandamus directing commanding to the respondent authorities that disposed the representations/ applications (Annexure-8 and 9) which is pending before them since 2021, whereby and whereunder Resp. No- not organized Aam Sabha for selection of Aaganwari Sahayika of the center No 14, Ward No- 05, under Panchayat- Jagarnathpur, Block- Kurhani, District-

ii. For issuance of appropriate order/orders, direction/directions specially in nature of Mandamus directing commanding to the respondents that given direction to the respondents concern to appoint petitioner on the post of Aaganwari Sahayika of Center No- 14, Ward No- 05, under PanchayatJagarnathpur, BlockKurhani, DistrictMuzaffarpur, in which petitioner is only one candidate for aforesaid post of her concerned center. iii. For taking appropriate action against L.S. Poonam Kumari (Resp. No- 07) who without giving valid reason not selected to the petitioner on the post of Aaganwari Sahayika of Center No- 14, Ward No05, under panchayat- Jagarnathpur, Block- Kurhani, District- Muzaffarpur, and who try to apply illegal way."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
