Petitioner is aggrieved by order dated 17.05.1994 passed by Joint Director, Consolidation (Headquarter), Bihar, Patna in Revision Case No. 1134 of 1987, whereunder adjustments have been made in the Chak allotted to the petitioners and the private respondents in the light of the report received from the

Patna High Court CWJC No.9458 of 1994 dt.19-05-2015 2/2 Consolidation Officer, considering the ground realities.

3. There does not appear to be any jurisdictional error in the order impugned, I am not inclined to interfere with the same.

4. Writ Petition stands dismissed.
