2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No. 118 of 2023 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 354B, 379, 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution story, this petitioner is alleged to have assaulted on the head of Brajesh Prasad by means of farsa.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although Brajesh Prasad has received injury, but as per injury report doctor has found the injury to be simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 06.03.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, in connection with Jamo Bazar P.S.
