JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 22-07-2015 Vide order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 12473 of 2014, the District Magistrate, Katihar was directed to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner objecting to the situs of the Panchayat Bhawan.

A supplementary show cause has been filed enclosing an order dated 11.7.2015 of the District magistrate, Katihar whereby the representations of the petitioner filed on 13.9.2013 and 11.5.2014 have been disposed of.

The order having thus being complied the contempt application is disposed of. The petitioner if so aggrieved by the order, he may question the same by filing appropriate application before the appropriate forum.
