JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 24-11-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Suryapura P.S. Case No. 59 of 2017, registered under Sections 419 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that petitioner along with Raghubansh Singh @ Raghubansh Prasad Singh, Sanjay Paswan and some unknown were imparting training to the aspirants for engagement as Gram Raksha Dal without taking permission to any authority.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was nominated as President of Gram Raksha Dal of Suryapura Block and there is no need to take permission to any

It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused, Raghubansh Singh and Sanjay Paswan, have already been granted privilege of pre-arrest bail by a bench of this Court vide order dated 21.09.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 42645 of 2017. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj (Sasaram) in connection with Suryapura P.S. Case No. 59 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
