The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Saharsa Mahila P.S. Case No. 10 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 498(A), 323, 494, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner has twice been prosecuted for the same set of facts on the complaint of the complainant. As matter of fact, the complainant herself does not want to reside with the petitioner and he is only being

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing his personal bond to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Saharsa, in connection with Saharsa Mahila P.S. Case No. 10 of 2019.
