2. Writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to fix the rent of 581.97 sq.ft. land in the name of the petitioner as successor, which is a part and parcel of total area of 1612 sq.ft. land, obtained by the father-in-law of the petitioner in his share, in private partition between his other cosharers bearing Khata No. 169, Plot No.176, Thana No. 10, Corporation Holding/Plot No.2838, situated in Mauza-

Patna High Court CWJC No.7350 of 2023(2) dt.03-10-2023 2/2 Bahadurpur, P.S.-Bahadurpur, District-Patna, in the light of (1) Letter No.7127-R, dated 08.10.1963 to all Commissioners, Regarding Settlement of Government Lands in Rural and Urban areas.

3 . In view of the nature of prayer, petitioner is directed to file representation before Respondent No. 8 , Circle Officer, Patna Sadar, Patna within a period of 4 weeks from today .

4. In the event, such representation is filed by the petitioners, respondent No. 8 ( Circle Officer) is directed to dispose of the application in accordance with law within a further period of three months.

5 . Thus, the writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observation and direction .
