JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Ahiyapur P. S. Case No. 418 of 2014 registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the fact that the name of the petitioner transpired during investigation in a case registered under Sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code and the police may require his custodial interrogation, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
