The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Aungari (Peer Bigha) P.S. Case No. 54 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 384, 385, 147, 149 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the allegation made in the first information report that the petitioner not only obstructed the local administration in discharge of their public duty but also instigated others in causing such obstruction, I am not inclined

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36337 of 2018 (2) dt.05-07-2018 to grant him pre-arrest bail. The application is rejected. In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
