The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Darihat P. S. Case No.18 of 2016 registered under Section 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that co-accused Rameshwar Singh and Rajeshwar Paswan @ Rajeshwar Prasad Paswan having more or less identical allegation to that of the petitioners have already been granted pre-arrest bail vide orders dated 19.12.2016 and 01.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50990 of 2016 and Cr. Misc. No. 22237 of 2017 respectively, in the event of arrest or

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36274 of 2018 (2) dt.04-07-2018 2/2 surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM, Dehri, Sasaram in Darihat P. S. Case No.18 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
